Hey Everyone, So we are getting started with ASP.NET Core MVC, here is what we will cover

4)What you should know before starting ASP.NET Core.

So let's start the guide, with a detailed explanation. First of all we will see:-

What is ASP.NET CORE?

👉: ASP.NET CORE is a Cross-platform, high-performance, open-source framework for building modern, cloud-based, Internet-Connected Applications. It is a Redesign of the previous version of                   ASP.NET 4.x

👉: That runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows.


Why ASP.NET CORE?

👉: Cross-Platform- ASP.NET CORE Application can be Developed on Different platforms like
        Windows, MacOS and Linux.
👉: Hosted on ISS, Apache, Docker and Self-host in your own process.
👉: Flexible Deployment:- The ASP.NET core runtime that your app runs on can be deployed as part of your app or installed centrally on your web server.
👉 : Red Hat Supports .NET on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Installation:

You can use VS Code, Visual Studio Community 2019 or 2022. 

Here I am using Visual Studio Community 2019.

Installation for VS Community:

After Clicking on Free Download, An Installer Setup will be downloaded in your PC

Something like this 

Open the installer After that an interface will be prompted like this



 Make sure block with Red Arrow must be checked 
This will take Storage of around 11-13 GB make sure you have enough space on the disk

Then Click on install 

    That's all to install Software for asp.net core

What you should know before getting started with asp.net core

👉: Have a Strong Command on  C#.
👉: Should know HTML,CSS, AND JAVASCRIPT
👉: Crystal clear concept of OOPS.
👉:Decent Command on DSA.
👉: Javascript framework (optional but recommended)
