One plus has officially launched One Plus Nord 2. It is the successor of One Plus Nord 1. When it comes to battery, performance, and a lot of other things, one plus made a big jump with this Nord 2 model. And at the same time, it comes up with a backend integration of both oppo and one plus. So there are many things to talk about on On One PLus Nord 2 and here I this post we will be covering all details of this amazing smartphone.

The One Plus Nord 2 comes up with a 65-watt fast charger, a signature red USB type C cable. Somewhere it looks very similar to one plus 9 light. If we talk about metal color finish then it comes in Ciara grey, haze blue, and green wood variants.

Metal feel touch is good, with an interesting in-hand feel. It feels hefty to hold, quite a little heavy you can say but overall its build quality is damn good. It gives a premium look and It looks close to a flexive phone.

There is a glass that comes up in this smartphone on the both front and back end sides. Which looks amazingly beautiful and adds up to the beauty of this smartphone. And the frame of the phone is made in plastic build. Buttons are quite clicky to touch that is on pressing buttons its feels quite good and does not give any rough feel.

There is a volume rocker button on the left side of the smartphone. On the top frame of the smartphone, there is a noise-canceling microphone. At the right side of this smartphone, there is an alert slider and that is a big thumbs up to the overall functioning of the smartphone. It also has a dual nano sim card tray slot but doesn't support expandable storage.

DISPLAY

One Plus Nord 2 comes up with a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz fast refresh rate and this display also supports HDR 10+. Screen to body ratio is overall good with narrow bezels at the top and a smaller than average chin at the bottom.

It comes up with MEDIA-TEK Dimensity 1200-AI which is based on 6Nm fabrication technology. There is a UFS 3.1 storage type so obviously read, write processes are good in this smartphone. Moreover, it has an LPDDR4X RAM that is also a plus point to consider this smartphone a valuable one.

PERFORMANCE

We already made it clear at the top that One Plus Nord 2 has taken a big jump on performance too. It is a successor of Nord One Plus in which we used to get Qualcomm Snapdragon 765-G processor which itself holds a good position in performance and in this case Nord One plus 2 with Dimensity 1200 processor overcame on the matter of performance with an AnTUTU score of 687830 that is double in the performance.

With these specifications, users also get a good gaming performance. You can play games on this smartphone from high to highest settings with HDR support.

That's a big jump in performance and at the same time, it took a big jump in the matter of battery. One Plus Nord 2 has a 4500 mAh battery.

Operating System

It runs on the same Oxygen OS, with a clean user interface, and honestly, it's one of my fav OS. And because of the 90Hz fast refresh rate, animations and scrolls worked so smoothly. That integrated code base modification gives you the same camera UI which you get in Colour OS.

Camera OS

Now we will discuss about the camera quality and its specifications please note that I am considering points from its previous version so Nord One Plus will be used as a comparing variant

In Nord One Plus we used to get a Quad camera setup of 48 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP while in Nord One Plus 2 we get 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP triple camera setup. The primary 50 MP sensor is IMX766 and works very fine. The selfie sensor is 32 MP.

SENSORS

It comes up with all sensors obviously. It has an IN-DISPLAY fingerprint sensor and also face unlock sensor that works perfectly.

Connectivity: This smartphone comes up with excellent connectivity since it is a 5G based smartphone and you get the support of more bands( supports 11 bands of total).

It is dual 4g VoLTE and also supports WIFI calling with a WI-FI 6 chipset. It has Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and also NFC support.

Multimedia

If we look at multimedia specifications then it has a bright screen, AMOLED screen, and good side viewing angles. This smartphone also has stereo speakers and at earpiece, you get two loud which are loud enough and has good quality. But it doesn't have any 3.5 mm jack in multimedia feature.
